Emmy Award winning chef Giada De Laurentiis opens her first ever restaurant today at The Cromwell, right in the center of the strip in Las Vegas today, June 3rd. The restaurant’s central location will give guests a fantastic view of Bellagio and Caesars Palace thanks to its retractable windows and outdoor patio.
Primarily Italian, the menu has a Californian feel and includes items such as lemon spaghetty, marsala herb chicken meatballs, lemon flatbread, vegetable Bolognese rigatoni and much more. Family-style options as well as vegan and gluten-free items are all a part of the menu as well.
On the Cromwell’s 2nd floor, GIADA has 260 seats and can offer private rooms to host events and parties.
